Park Street Mews Restaurant set in the Park Street Mews complex and known for its contemporary relaxing ambiance, offering Asian fusion cuisine now introduces its Dessert Menu paired with a delectable selection of Teas.
Desserts are presented by the Pastry Chef Chaminda who has been the creative force and who has been enjoying mixing up delicious desserts for the last three years under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Rohan Perera.
Along with getting the flavors and colors he also excels in his presentation of the desserts to make it even more delicious.
Some of these delicious desserts on offer are Blueberry soufflé with cheese ice cream, Pineapple snow with caramelised coconut and white chocolate cake, Sticky date pudding with kithul syrup and curd ice cream, Mascarpone cheese cake with masala wine and espresso and the list goes on, not forgetting the selection of 13 homemade ice cream flavors .
The menu is to be admired and enjoyed and is served at lunch and dinner but highlighted during Tea Time- 3pm – 6pm with a selection of artisan Teas by TEAELI to complement the desserts.
